Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Phase 1: a) Individuals belonging to the age range: 18-25 years. b) Individuals who have social media accounts, access to the internet, and technological devices like phones, laptops, tablets, etc. c) Individuals who are of Indian origin, holding Indian citizenship, and residing in India. d) People self-identifying as being digitally active. Phase 2: a) Participants scoring high on the Social Media Political Participation Scale and De Jong Gierveld Loneliness Scale in Phase 1.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: People diagnosed with any clinical disorder (psychological/psychiatric) or undergoing treatment for the same.
