Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Hazy blurred and distorted central vision ,Decreased visual acuity and pinhole vision 2. Dull Macular reflex and Drusen Macular reflex in fundoscopic examination. 3. ARMD with immature Cataract , with operated Cataract,or with no Cataract changes

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. All Retinal diseases involving Macula like CSR and CME 2. Uncontrolled DM and HTN 3. Psychiatric disorders 4. Corneal lenticular or Vitreous opacities 5. HIV and HbsAg pts. 6. pts with cataract grading NS2 /NS3 7. Those who are ayogya for siravedha and ghrutapana
