Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patient with fasting blood sugar >126mg/dl upto 200mg/dl and post prandial blood sugar >200mg/dl upto 450mg/dl

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Diabetes mellitus type 2 Acromegaly cushings syndrome and pancreatic disorders Pregnant and lactating mothers Patients with known case of Diabetic nephropathy and retinopathy Patients with gastrointestinal disease liver disease and tumors cardiovascular disease acute myocardial infarction DKA hyperosmolar non ketotic diabetic coma

To evaluate the add on effect of Ajmodadi vati in the management of prameha.Timepoint: 30 days study, follow up on 15th and 30th day.
