Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Individuals with BMI range 25kg/m²-39.9kg/m² and Waist-Hip-Ratio>=0.85 in males and >=0.80 in females. MMSE score > 24

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Recent lower extremity injury/trauma/surgery within the last 6 months Lower extremity total joint replacement, Neurologic conditions (including but not limited to stroke, multiple sclerosis, neuropathy) Inability to walk independently Uncorrected vision problem Uncontrolled diabetes Known cardiovascular disease
