Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.ASA grade I / II 2. Age 18-60 years of either sex 3. Patients for elective surgery with an indication for nasotracheal intubation 4.Patients with adequate mouth opening of 2 fingers or more
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: â?? Patient refusal â?? Modified Mallampatti class III or IV â?? Bleeding disorder â?? Patient with non-patent nasal cavity â?? Any history of nasal trauma and surgery â?? Cervical spine instability â?? Base of skull fracture â?? Risk of gastric aspiration
