Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) All patients planned for major cancer surgery with curative intent scheduled over next 2-6 weeks irrespective of chemo radiation received.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Patients receiving pre-habilitation service to undergo surgery either within 2 weeks or after 6 weeks will be excluded. 2) Functional inability to perform 6 min walk test. 3) Inability to comprehend, paralyzed, bed ridden, dementia. 4) Emergency surgeries. 5) patients scheduled for minor surgery.
