Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Craniovertebral angle [CVA 3)] Shoulder angle (SA Both Male and female subjects are included.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: History of injury or surgery, shoulder and neck pain secondary to other conditions (e.g. neoplasm, neurological diseases or vascular diseases), a neurological deficit, infection or inflammatory arthritis, received physiotherapy within the last 6 months and poor general health status that would interfere with the exercises.
