Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Hindi speaking Indian population. 2. The subjects age ranged from 18 ââ?¬â?? 62 years, including both genders. 3. Willing to participate in the study and should have a working knowledge of Hindi (able to read and write). 4. Full time worker (40 hours/week)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Inability or willingness to complete questionnaire independently. 2. Psychiatric or other illness which lead to poor cognition and comprehension.

The primary outcome is Oldenburg Burnout Inventory (OLBI) which measures burnout.Timepoint: 0 day and 72 hours (For reliability form will be provided again after 3 days)
