Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age group 20-60 yrs. 2. Sex both male and female. 3. The patients who present the sign and symptoms of Gridhrasi like ruka ,stambh , toda suptata etc. 4. Primary trauma like lifting heavy weight. • Controlled Diabetes mellitus and Hypertensive patient.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Severe traumatic injury. 2. Fibrositis of sacral ligament. 3. Severe anaemic patients. 4. Malnourish patients ( as per Age, Height, Weight) 5. Haemophilia. • Patient with septicaemia. • Age bellow 20 yr and above 60 yr • Pregnant women • Lactating mother. • HIV, HBsAg infection • Patient with malignancy. • Tuberculosis of spine , hip joint. • Congenital spinal deformity.

Design outcomes

Primary

Measure	Time frame
To decreases pain of sciatica.Timepoint: Raktamokshana and Aanchhan karma will be done in the patients of sciatica for 21 days and followup will be done once in a week for 28th days, 45th days and 60th days	—

Secondary

Measure	Time frame
To decreases pain of sciatica.Timepoint: Aanchhan karma will apply over painfull leg for 21 days and followup will once in a week for 1 month or complete decreases of pain;To decreases stiffnessTimepoint: Raktamokshana and Aanchhan karma will be done in the patients of sciatica for 21 days and followup will be done once in a week for 28th days, 45th days and 60th days	—
