Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (a) Residents of Kasurdi Village defined as residing in this geographical location of Kasurdi village for more than 1 Year (b) Age more than 50 years (c) Willing to participate

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (a) Previously diagnosed cases of any plasma cell dyscrasias or other hematological malignancy (b) Unwilling for informed consent
