Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients who are diagnosed with chronic spontaneous urticaria attending during study period will be included age: >18 years

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: - >pregnancy and lactation - >patients who are on systemic steroids and other immunosuppressants in the last one month - >patients with other dermatologic diseases known to be associated with metabolic syndrome
