Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: age group less than 14 yrs closed fracture isolated lateral condyle fractures

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: open fracture fracture more than three weeks old any other associated fracture in ipsilateral limb any associated neurovascular deficit previous operated case of lateral condyle humerus nonunion
