Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with BMI between 25 kg/m2 – 35kg/m2 2. Patients between age group 30 – 60 years irrespective of gender, religion etc. 3. Patients having three or more classical signs of Sthoulya (like Ati Nidra, Daurgandhya, Ati Kshuda, Ati Pipasa, Swedadhikya, Anga-Chalatva, Kshudra Swasa and Aalasya)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with dominant Pitta Prakriti lakshanas (because they may suffer from redness, rashes and burning sensation on Udvartana) 2. Patients with skin diseases, wounds, burns, oozing disorders like eczema etc. 3. Patients who are severely ill. 4. Patients with metabolic disorders like diabetes, thyroid disorder, osteoporosis, neuropathy etc. and other associated co morbidities. 5. Any reaction shown after application of trial drug (Yavaamlaka Churna in form of Udvartana)
