Intervention1: CHANGING THE SURGICAL TEAM FOR WOUND CLOSURE: Part preparation will be done by nipple to mid-thigh clipping and povidone-iodine 7.5 percent cleansing solution will be used for scrubbing

Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients willing to give consent for being a participant in the study 2. Either gender 3. Age group of 18-80 years 4. Patients undergoing emergency open abdominal surgery 5. Patients with ASA grades I, II, III, and E.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients not willing to give consent 2. Patients with Diabetes Mellitus. 3. Smokers 4.BMI >30 Kg/m2 5. Clean wound ( class I) and Clean Contaminated wound (class II)
