Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
To compare the impact of zinc oxide eugenol based (Tubli-Seal, Kerr) and bioceramic based root canal sealer (Bio Root RCS, Septodont) placed during root canal obturation on change in serum inflammatory as well as anti-inflammatory biomarker in systemically healthy adults.Timepoint: Pre-operative, 15 days Post-operative, 60 days Post-operative.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
To compare the impact of zinc oxide eugenol based (Tubli-Seal, Kerr) and bioceramic based root canal sealer (Bio Root RCS, Septodont) placed during root canal obturation on radiographic periapical healing.Timepoint: Pre-operative, 15 days Post-operative, 60 days Post-operative.
