Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Adult women with coronary heart disease attending the cardiology outpatient department. Women with risk factors/comorbidities like hypertension, diabetes, and cholesterol will be taken

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Other forms of cardiovascular diseases other than coronary heart disease. • Not able to discern the questions due to psychological disabilities. • Patients having other diseases, such as cancer and other major diseases, causing double burdens as the continuity of care will vary among them.
