Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Adolescent diagnosed with HIV, Patients able to follow the commands, Score of 4 or more in Fatigue severity scale, Score of 17 or more in Beck depression inventory

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: unco-operative patients
