Inclusion criteria: Patients having sign and symptoms of Sthaulya BMI between 25-40 Basti arha patients

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Hypothyroidism and PCOS Patients on steroids, diuretics Basti anarha Pregnancy and lactation Known cases of any other systemic disorders
