Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients of Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus of both the sex between the age of 25-50yrs. 2. Patients fulfilling the Dignostic criteria Type 2 DM according to WHO 3. Patients with classical symptoms of Prameha 4. Patients with BMI more than 23

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients of Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus chronicity more than 7 yrs 2. Known cases of Diabetic neuropathy, IDDM. 3. Known cases of Inflammatory bowel diseases and severe gastric irritation. 4. Known case of bleeding diseases. 5. Pregnant and lactating ladies
