Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. All patients treated in OPD and IPD of Ayothidoss Pandithar Hospital, NIS between 2015-2023 retrospectively and prospectively for morbidity profiling. 2.Fresh cases attending to NIS OPD willing to participate based on sampling method for quality of life prospectively during 2023 measured at baseline and 48 daysâ?? post management.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients who are not willing to participate.

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Morbidity status of patients will be documented and described. Proportion of patients who had change or improvement in QOL with Siddha treatment will be measured.Timepoint: baseline and end of 7 th week

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
1.Proportion of patients who had change or improvement in Quality of Life with Siddha treatment will be measured.Timepoint: week 1, end of week 7
