Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients above 18 years of age admitted in ICU requiring tracheal intubation

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Intubation performed during cardiac arrest scenario

MeasureTime frame
To record the incidence of major life-threatening complications occurring during emergency intubation, before and after implementation of intubation checklist.Timepoint: With in one hour of intubation period

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Incidence of other minor complications like difficult intubation, esophageal intubation, aspiration of gastric content, incidence of arrhythmias and dental injury. Difference in 28 day mortality pre and post implementation of intubation bundle.Timepoint: within one hour of intubation period
