Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients between age of 40 to 65 years irrespective of gender, caste and religion. 2. Willing to sign the informed consent, follow study instructions and complete all study visits. 3. Patients presenting with classical sign and symptoms of Non-Exudative ARMD (i.e, presence of drusenâ??s or pigmentary changes in macula.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ON CRITERIA 1. Presence of any other retinal or macular pathology other than Non-Exudative ARMD such as Exudative ARMD, Diabetic retinopathy, Central geographic atrophy, Haemorrhagic condition of fundus or retinal fluid. 2. History of retinal laser or surgical therapy in study eye. 3. Contraindication of pupil dilatation in the study eye. 4. Mature cataract or media opacification in either eye which limits an adequate view of fundus. 5. Unable to maintain stable fixation for OCT imagining 6. Patients of Mental disorder, Hypertension, Heart disease or other health condition that is contraindicated for Pranayama and Trataka.
