Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients posted for Modified Radical Mastectomy surgery for Carcinoma Breast belonging to American Society of Anesthesiologists Physical Status Classification I, II and III.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients’ refusal 2. BMI 35Kg/m2 and above. 3. Patients with skin infections at the needle puncture site 4. Any bleeding diathesis 5. Allergic to study medications 6. Patients with CAD 7. Patients with pre-existing dementia and seizure disorder
