Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients indicated for transalveolar extraction of mandibular molars 2. Patients in the age group of 18-40 years. 3. Patients willing to participate in the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients allergic to Local anaesthesia , tetracycline and NSAIDS. 2. Patients having acute infection. 3. Teeth with associated periapical pathologies . 4. Patients with history of systemic diseases like uncontrolled diabetes, uncontrolled hypertension, radiotherapy and bleeding disorder. 5. Pregnant and lactating patients. 6. Patients with pre-existing gastrointestinal disorders.
