Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Healthy patients with Seibert Class I horizontally deficient ridge requiring dental implants

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: smokers,alcoholics, patients and anti platelet therapy, pregnant,lactating women patients on bisphosphonate therapy
