Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Subjects with the age between 18-45years irrespective of their marital status Subjects with classical symptoms of Asrugdhara I.e excessive blood loss during menstruation and prolonged blood loss during menstruation. Subjects with symptoms of menorrhagia I.e bleeding more than 7days Excess in amount ( >80ml) or both.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Structural abnormalities like polyp, fibroid uterus, adenomyosis, endometriosis, malignancy, etc. Subjects with pelvic inflammatory disease Subjects with IUCD Subjects with post menopausal bleeding Subjects with pregnancy Subjects with other systemic illness Subjects with known case of bleeding disorders.

Primary

Duration of bleeding. Amount of bleeding Lower back ache Lower abdominal pain Body ache Clot assessment gradingTimepoint: 0th day, 7th day of 2 consecutive cycle.

Secondary
