Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Confirmed diagnosis of ischemic heart disease by the clinical records and by a specialist in Cardiology. Patients with heart failure (NYHA classification I and II) Patients post CABG and PTCA (at least 3 weeks after surgery) Patients who are Adults Patients having smartphones and internet connection Patients who can read, understand and comprehend English and Hindi language.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients who are not willing to participate in the study. Patients with known psychiatric or associated illnesses and hemodynamically unstable. Patients who are already taking rehabilitative consultations for diet and exercise Patients with a confirmed diagnosis of heart failure (NYHA- III and IV) and relatively low ejection fraction (45% or less)
