Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients will be clinically diagnosed with following signs & symptoms of Kampavata. 1. Tremors 2. Rigidity 3. Akinesia / Bradykinesia 4. Postural disturbance 5. Mask face

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients suffering from severe systemic illnesses like, uncontrolled diabetes mellitus, tuberculosis, carcinoma etc. will be excluded.

Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Primary outcome will be relief in signs, symptoms and assessment will be done with the help of changes in unified parkinson’s disease rating scale - criteria of assessment.Timepoint: 28 days—

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Secondary outcome will be improvement of general condition of the patients.Timepoint: Follow-up at every 2 weeks of interval for next 4 weeks period—
