Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. BMI from 18 to 35 2. Back pain of disco genie origin 3. Neurogenic claudication
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patient who refused written consent 2. Patient with with diagnosed CVA with unilateral or bilateral neurodeficit 3. Patients with BMI more than 35 4. Patients with segmental instability 5. Patients with severe degenerative disc disease with with more than 2/3rd of disc height decreased 6. Patients allergic to drug we use 7. Active infection at injection site 8. Pregnancy 9. Patients with bleeding diathermy or on anticoagulant therapy 10. Primary or metastatic malignancy
