Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients of age group of 19 â?? 70 years 2.Males with SUA levels >7.0mg/dl and females with > 6.0mg/dl 3. Patients who score 8 or more in ACR/EULAR Gout Classification criteria 4.Patients with known but controlled systemic disease

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients coming with self reported joint disorders other than gout. 2.Pregnant and lactating females. 3.Patient already undergoing treatment with other system of medicine.

Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Reduction in Serum Uric Acid levels of patients. Timepoint: Serum Uric Acid levels at baseline and at end of treatment.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Reduction in MYMOP2 scores is expected as compared to baseline.Timepoint: MYMOP2 â??Profile Scoresâ?? at baseline, 3rd month and at the end of treatment.
