Intervention1: Pulsed Radiofrequency Ablation: we plan to investigate the role of Stellate ganglion Pulsed Radiofrequency ablation for the treatment of Brachial Plexus Injury Induced Upper Limb CRPS.

Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Adult patients 18 to 60 years with CRPS following brachial plexus Injury

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Age 60yrs 2. Patients in whom diagnostic block does not cause a decrease in NRS by more than 50% 3. ASA III and more 4. Patients who are candidate for surgical repair is planned in the future or recently undergone surgery ( 5. Patients with bleeding disorders or infection at the site of intervention 6. Pregnant and lactating patients
