Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Young adults of ages ranging from 18-25 Young adults with access to the internet and electronic devices Young adults who can read, write and understand English. Young adults with scores below 6 in MMS

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Young adults with major mental disorders such as anxiety, mood and psychotic spectrum disorders identified using modified Mini Screen (scores 6 and above)
