Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: All adult patients aged between 18 to 90 years admitted to ICU with new onset gram negative culture report from either one of the following- Respiratory secretions, blood, urine, pus, tissue, CSF, pleural fluid, peritoneal fluid, post 48 hours of hospital stay.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients aged less than 18 years 2. Patients with Gram positive bacterial or other non bacterial infections 3. Pregnant patients 4. Patients not expected to survive more than 48 hours
