Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: age 18-70 years, confirmed case of TBI with GCS 13 or less
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: age less than 18 years. medical or psychological problems not related to TBI that could disturb interpretation of results, including drug or alcohol abuse. previously known hypothalamic or pituitary dysfunction or history of cranial irradiation or pregnancy
