Intervention1: Plastic stent : In patients of acute pancreatitis with walled off necrosis after LAMS removal, we will put plastic stent in intervention group, which will remain for 12 months. Control

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patient more than 18 years of age Patient with acute pancreatitis with walled off necrosis which is approachable by EUS guided drainage Those who give informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Lumen apposing metal stent migrated before its removal Patient with coagulopathy Patient who are not fit for anesthesia Chronic Pancreatitis Those who do not give consent
