Intervention1: PULSED ACCELERATED CORNEAL COLLAGEN CROSS LINKING: Epithelial off pulsed accelerated corneal collagen cross linking of cornea with UV Rayâ??s exposure 9mW/cm2 with 10 seconds ON & 5 sec

Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: a) Thinnest corneal Thickness of > 400 micrometer b) Clear cornea c) Age less than 18 years

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: a) Patients with history of trauma , prior ocular surgery , corneal scars & other ocular comorbities b) History of herpes keratitis c) Active vernal keratoconjunctivitis d) Active atopic / allergic conjunctivitis
