Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Radiologically & clinically diagnosed patient with sue mizaje Balghami (paralysis due to ischemia). 2 Patient age between 30- 70 years 3. Patients of either gender 4. Patients having H/o stroke

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with other sue mizaj like Damvi, Buhrani, Warmi, Wabai, sue mizaj sada 2 Patients with a history of fall or trauma, spinal cord & head injury. 3 Patients with vertebral displacement. 4 Patients below 30 years or above 70 years. 5. Patients with H/o MI, Asthma, Chr. Liver disease, renal failure, pregnant women, and lactating mothers. 6. Patients with uncontrolled DM, severe HTN & other co-morbidity

MeasureTime frame
. Motor Assessment scale (MAS) 2. Barthel Index (measures activities of daily living (ADL) 3. LFT- SGOT, SGPT 4.RFT- blood urea, serum creatinine Timepoint: zero day, 12th day and 15th day

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
1. Changes in Pulse 2. Hemodynamic changes- Hb%, TLC, DLC, ESR, blood sugar F/PP 3. Urine examination and Stool examination as per Unani parameters and modern methods. 3. Spectrophotometric analysis- to check any specific changes in the blood after giving decoction of munzije balgham, then after adding mushile balgham drugs and at the end of intervention. 4. Quantitative analysis of growth hormone, T3 & T4 and insulin. 5. Test for glucose, albumin, fatty Acids, blood urea and ketonesTimepoint: zero day, 12th day and 15th day
