Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Women with age 20 - 39 years. 2. Couples with unexplained infertility regular menstrual cycles,bilateral patent fallopian tubes on hysterosalpingography, normal husband semen analysis ,normal TSH, prolactin levels,Normal reproductive hormone levels

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Woman undergone prior IUI elsewhere.

To assess the number of therapeutic hysterolaparoscopy prior to IUI in detecting and treating the mild causes of unexplained infertility over 4 months Timepoint: 4 months
