Intervention1: iontophoresis with methotrexate 1% gel and topical tazarotene 0.1%: psoriasis patients who are not on any systemic drugs and with no metallic implants in the body with the nail changes

Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.All OPD and IPD patients with nail psoriasis above the age of 18yrs.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.patients on systemic therapy for psoriasis 2.patients having pacemaker, metal orthopedic implants ,cardiac arrhythmias, hypersensitivity to methotrexate and tazarotene 3.pregnancy and lactating females. 4.patients with hematological or hepatic disorders.

MeasureTime frame
The comparative study of efficacy of iontophoresis with methotrexate gel 1% and topical tazarotene 0.1% in the treatment of nail psoriasis. Timepoint: 1.nail changes prior to start of the trail 2.nail changes every 1 month measured with help of modified NAPSI score.
