Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1 Post partum women having full term vaginal delivery or lower segment caesarian section. 2 Patient irrespective of pre pregnancy BMI, Babyâ??s birth weight, abdominal circumference. 3 Patient willing to take Ayurvedic treatment for obese belly in post partum period

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1 Patient of having epigastric and umbilical hernia. 2 Patient having history of,or currently suffering from any malignancy 3 Fibrocystic changes in abdomen 4 Patients with cardiac,renal complica 5 Peu â?? D orange appearance of the abdominal skin.

Primary

MeasureTime frame
To Observe The Reduction In Kukshishaithilya In Sutika. Timepoint: After delivery 3 weeks study with follow up on 0,7th,14th,21st day.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Effect in involution of uterus in Sutika. Effect in Stanya vriddhi or Stanya kshay. Timepoint: 1year 8 months with 3 follow ups (0,7,14,21)
