Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Precollapse stage 2. Symptomatic patients 3.Those willing to participate

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Smokers and Alcoholics not willing to stop the habits 2.Patients not tolerating citicoline and calcium 3.Patients on steroids and immunosuppresors 4.Diabetics, Renal and Hepatic failure 5.Immunodeficient patients 6. Any evidence of collapse of femoral head
