Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Food Service Staff as employees who work in the hospital kitchens (Cooks, Utensils Cleaners, Supporting Staff), handle food from the kitchen to wards/cabins and who work in the cafeteria dining for medical staff and visitors (eg. Storekeepers, waiters and catering staff) with the criteria aged 18 years and above.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Food service staff who are ill and out of the service during the data collection period

A questionnaire consisting of 55 questions related to food safety knowledge attitude and practices will be given to each participant, outcome will be derived based on the data collected from the questionnaireTimepoint: 6 months
