Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patientâ??s presenting with shoulder pain due to impingement of the rotator cuff muscles- a. Showing painful arc i.e. pain during 60-120 degrees of abduction b. Positive Hawkins-Kennedy test c. Infraspinatus (External Rotation) Resistance test The combination of these tests have a considerably higher predictive value than the individual tests (The Dutch Orthopaedic Association Guidelines) 2. Both Males and Females in the age group of 20-60 years.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Structural causes of Impingement (osteophytes encroachment, structural variations in the shape of acromion etc.) 2. Primary Complaint of Neck/Thoracic Pain. 3. Shoulder Pain due to other causes (such as chronic shoulder conditions like adhesive capsulitis, TSA, rTSA etc.) 4. Any Neurological Deficit.

| 1. Perceived levels of pain will be evaluated pre and post treatment using Visual Analog Scale. 2. Range of Motion- Active and Passive will be evaluated using Clinometer smartphone application.Timepoint: Assessment of Pain Levels and Range of Motion at the Shoulder Joint pre and post intervention (immediate effect) Immediately after the application of Mulligan Concept Thoracic SNAGs, the pain levels and the Range of Motion at the Shoulder Joint are reassessed. | — |
