Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1 Patient having sign and symptoms of Facial paralysis. 2 Patient eligible for Nasya (nasal medication) and Basti (Enema) 3 If disease duration is less than 3 years

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1 Patient having intracranial tumor, intracranial hemorrhage, Bilateral facial palsy. 2 Pregnant and lactating women 3 Duration of the disease more than 3years 4 Patients not eligible for Nasya and Basti. 5 Patients with HIV(+ve), HBsAg(+ve), chronic heart disease and other systematic disease.

MeasureTime frame
Average change from baseline in following parameters:1. Deviation of mouth 2. unable to closer of eye Timepoint: Assessment done on base line visit (day 0), and after 2weeks of treatment.

To improve the function and cosmetic effect of individualTimepoint: Assessment done on base line and after 2 weeks of treatment..
