Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients with visually significant cataract group 1 undergoing phacoemulsification surgery under assisted topical anaesthesia for the first eye group 2 undergoing phacoemulsification surgery under assisted topical anaesthesia for the second eye, who have already undergone the first eye cataract surgery using the same technique

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: subluxated cataract, hard, brown cataract, mentally unstable patients who cant cooperate for surgery under topical anaesthesia

compare patients comfort score, cooperation score and duration of surgery of second eye surgery with first eye surgery, operated before with the same techniqueTimepoint: immediately after surgery
