Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Post covid-19 recovered patients. Subjects who are willing to give written consent. Participants with age group of 18-45years. Gender both male and female. Subjects with post Covid- 19 syndrome more than 12 weeks. Patients with no pre-existing musculoskeletal problems. Patients with no pre-existing deformity. Arthralgia, joint pain. Muscle weakness. Fibromyalgia. Joint stiffness. Gait abnormality due to joint pain. Fatigue. Reduced functional efficiency. Patients on specific medication: calcium, Vit D and pain killers.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Malignancy. Amputation patients. Any fracture prior to Covid-19. Bed ridden patients. Pregnancy. Un-cooperative patients. Subjects having metal implants. Subjects having psychosomatic disorder. Recent fractures. Earlier arthritis. Any neurological condition affecting gait and balance co-ordination. Post Covid stroke patients. Heart conditions/hypertension. Chronic kidney disease/undergoing dialysis. Liver disease. Patients on any previous medications specifically on drugs like antipsychotic, anti-depressants, Immunosuppressive, multivitamins or any nutritional supplements. Immunocompromised (HIV/SCID etc.).

1. To estimate the prevalence of early musculoskeletal degeneration in individuals with post-Covid-19 infection. 2. To ascertain the prevalence of gait and balance impairments in individuals with post - COVID-19 infections. 3. To evaluate the efficacy of physio-therapeutic management (DNS)for musculoskeletal, gait, and balance impairments in individuals with post -COVID-19 infections.Timepoint: The baseline is 3rd and 6th week.

To study the prevalence of early degenerative changes in post-covid patients and to study the effect of Physiotherapeutic exercise training protocol on improvement in pain, balance and gait deviation in individual after COVID-19 infection manifested with musculoskeletal problems.Timepoint: The baseline is 3rd and 6th week.
