Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
1.Study the efficacy of cisatracurium and rocuronium pretreatment in preventing succinylcholine induced fasciculations. 2.Study the efficacy of cisatracurium and rocuronium pretreatment in preventing postoperative myalgia in post-anesthesia care unit(PACU)Timepoint: 1.Study the efficacy of cisatracurium and rocuronium pretreatment in preventing succinylcholine induced fasciculations at baseline. 2.Study the efficacy of cisatracurium and rocuronium pretreatment in preventing postoperative myalgia in post-anesthesia care unit(PACU) for 2 hours.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
1.Study the efficacy of cisatracurium and rocuronium pretreatment in preventing postoperative myalgia at 24hoursTimepoint: From 2 hours post-operatively till 24hours post-operatively.
