Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Patients with at least two sites per quadrant, excluding third molars, with 5-7 mm probing pocket depth 2) Patients who have not undergone any periodontal therapy in the previous 6 months 3) Patients who are systemically healthy 4) Patients exhibiting good oral hygiene 5) Patients who are compliant and are able to attend follow up

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Pregnant and lactating women 2) Presence of allergic reactions to the agent used in the study 3) Uncontrolled systemic conditions such as diabetes, hypertension, etc 4) Smokers 5) Patients who have taken any medication within the last 6 months which may alter the periodontal status
