Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Persons with a diagnosis of emotionally unstable personality disorder, borderline personality disorder or cluster B traits by a psychiatrist or clinical psychologist Age between 18- 40 years Two suicidal and or non-suicidal self-harm behaviours or contemplation of these in the last 2 years, at least one occurring 10 weeks prior to recruitment. Score above 0.64 on Borderline symptom checklist- 23 Living in India

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Diagnosis of comorbid psychosis, bipolar disorder Evidence of organic brain disease or mental retardation based on clinical interview. Having received or currently receiving DBT skill training or group therapy in the last one year Not able to read, write and speak English. Having no access to a personal computer, laptop or tablet connected to internet. Inpatient stay for psychological problems in the last 4 weeks. (to exclude unstable and severe clients)
