Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1-New born Full term, AGA, NVD with Vx having fair APGAR score ( >8 at 5th minute) having uneventful first hour of life 2-Symmetrical and normal neonatal reflexes (rooting, sucking, swallowing, etc), babies over exclusive Breast mil3-· Babies of mother had regular ANC checkup, Uneventful gestation, and had USG corresponding to Gestational Age 3-Babies of mother had regular ANC checkup, Uneventful gestation, and had USG corresponding to Gestational Age
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1-Babies of a mother suffering from any other systemic illness, and infectious disease, Severe malnutrition, Autoimmune disorders, immunodeficiency disorders, DM or gestational DM, HTN or pre-eclampsia, eclampsia or any other illness during gestation, 2-bad Obs. history, or eventful gestation. 3-Any fetal abnormality, IUGR, any known genetic disorder, dysmorphic facies, or any sign of Respiratory distress, 4-Received resuscitative measures like PPV or CPR. 5-Pathological hyper-bilirubinemia, Neonatal sepsis, or any condition requiring NICU care. 6-Those who are not able to come for regular follow-ups. 7- Parents not willing to participate in the study.
